Announced April 8, 2019 - The VA increases contracting with Service-Disabled and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Anticipating a 5% growth in goals are first, since fiscal year (FY) 2010. For FY 2019, the VA plans to award at least 15% of its total contract dollars to SDVOSBs.
